Background:

Tracy Strausbaugh, beautiful, energetic daughter of Morgan Cowan, was a high school cheerleader whose dream was to work with children.  Later, in college, as she challenged her cancer, she did indeed touch the lives of countless children.  Even Bruce Springsteen acknowledged her “pearl of empowerment” by providing her with front row seats--to her last concert.

Who Empowered:

Tracy inspired her mother, Morgan, who refocused her life goals from that of a top real estate agent to also be a national speaker on health and wellness.  Now, Tracy’s pearl of wisdom lives on through her mother’s new, dynamic role.
